Jacquie starting working part-time for the supported employment team in June 2012 following more than 30 years working within the finance sector. As a qualified secretary, Jacquie is responsible for assisting management and the team of Employment Support Officers with general administrative support as well as preparing for meetings, taking minutes, transcribing notes, preparing minutes and some financial tasks. During her time working in the finance industry, Jacquie worked in various roles in banking and for insurance and trust companies as well as bookkeeping for a variety of small businesses.  Jacquie also spent time working with her family in three different retail/service provider based businesses.

Since leaving school Jacquie has undergone various courses to ensure that her knowledge has been kept up-to-date.

Jacquie enjoys sewing, crosswords and, as an avid sports fan, watching cricket and cheering on Tottenham Hotspur FC.
